The value for money was excellent, with spotless rooms and an exemplary bathroom. The location was perfect, especially for attending a concert at the nearby O2 Forum. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the little balcony provided a great opportunity for fresh air.
The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety or healthier choices.

The value for money at this place was excellent, and the room itself was stunning with a boutique feel. The location was perfect, just moments away from the tube and high street, yet very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.
